Endocannabinoid Laughter Meditation is a yoga and mindfulness practice based on modern science and ancient wisdom. Synergistic endocannabinoid healing practices work together to create this consciousness raising, belly laughing, playfully interactive experience.
Cannabis, the “laughter mover” in traditional South Asian Ayurvedic medicine, is optional before, during, or after this session. To join, all you need is a comfortable seat and an internet connection.

She co-founded Sun People Yoga, a cannabis-friendly virtual yoga community focusing on affordability, accessibility, and BIPOC representation.
